JSE-listed Nampak has entered into a binding sale agreement to dispose of its industrial inkjet printing, laser marking and case coding solutions business Nampak I&CS for R142.5-million.
The disposal is in line with the asset disposal plan being implemented by the company as announced in August last year.
It did not disclose the name of the buyer.
