The project obtained the decision-in-principle from the Ministry of Climate and Environment in July 2023.
The decision is a formal confirmation that PEJ’s investment project is in line with the public interest and the policies pursued by the State, including energy policy.
This document enables PEJ to apply for further administrative decisions, such as a location decision, and subsequently, the construction licence.
