Attacq, Tricolt launch Luna Club, final Galileo tower at Ellipse Waterfall
Property development partners JSE-listed Attacq and Tricolt on May 5 hosted the opening of the Luna Cub, noted to be “an exclusive multi-concept lifestyle destination for its residents with premium wellness, fine dining, business and leisure services”.
The Luna Club launch takes place from May 5, exclusively hosting guests to showcase this new facility, which will be fully operational by the end of the month.
The fourth tower, Galileo, will also be on showcase giving buyers the final opportunity to secure an apartment in this estate.
The Luna Club’s retailers include fine dining restaurant, Olives and Plates, while Life Day Spa Waterfall and Trifit Wellness are also set to open in the precinct.
According to the partners, the lifestyle club further emphasises the value Ellipse Waterfall has offered its investors, leading to R2.3-billion in sales to date.
In 2020, the joint partners highlighted that this urban luxury living space would be Gauteng’s fastest-growing business node which is 95% sold out for its first three towers; Newton, Kepler and Cassini.
Ellipse Waterfall is said to have a diverse range of living spaces to choose from; and to be strategically positioned in Waterfall City, with close proximity to schools, shopping amenities, fine dining and business district.
