Boeing releases its delivery figures for 2025, including airliner deliveries of 600
US-based global major aerospace and defence group Boeing has released its air- and space-craft delivery figures for the whole of last year, as well as those for the fourth quarter of the year. It divided the figures into two categories – commercial aircraft; and defence, space and security.
Regarding commercial aircraft, last year Boeing delivered a total of 600 airliner and freighter aircraft. For the fourth quarter, deliveries came to 160.
The commercial aircraft types produced by the group last year were the 737 single-aisle airliner, and the 767, 777, and 787 widebodies. (The 767 is now produced only in the 767F freighter configuration.)
Deliveries of the 737 totalled 447 for the year, while those for the 767 came to 30, for the 777, to 35, and for the 787, to 88. For the fourth quarter, 737 deliveries came to 117, 767 deliveries to ten, 777 deliveries to six, and 787 deliveries to 27.
The defence, space and security category includes helicopters, fixed wing aircraft, and commercial and civil satellites. For last year, Boeing delivered four commercial and civil satellites (none during the last quarter).
Regarding helicopters, for the whole year the group delivered 19 new AH-64 Apache attack helicopters and 42 remanufactured AH-64s, three new CH-47 Chinook heavy lift helicopters and 11 “renewed” CH-47s, and nine MH-139 nuclear missile base security and support helicopters, for a total of 84 helicopters. For the fourth quarter, the figures were five new and 14 remanufactured AH-64s, two new and two renewed CH-47s and three MH-139s, or 26 in all.
In the fixed-wing category, for the whole of 2025 Boeing delivered nine F-15 multirole fighters, of different marks; 14 F/A-18 naval multirole fighters, again of different marks; 14 KC-46 air-to-air refuelling tankers; and six P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft; the total number being 43.
