Enlit Africa 2026
Date: 19-21 May 2026
Location: Cape Town
Enlit Africa 2026 brings Africa’s energy and water decision-makers together at a time when system pressure, infrastructure investment and long-term planning are increasingly interconnected. Taking place from 19–21 May 2026 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) in Cape Town, South Africa, the three-day conference and exhibition provides a platform for addressing the practical, policy and investment challenges shaping the continent’s power and water sectors.
The 2026 programme features a multi-stream conference with expert-led discussions covering policy and regulation, power generation, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, storage, digitalisation, municipal infrastructure and the water–energy nexus. Alongside the conference, a large exhibition presents technologies, services and solutions relevant to Africa’s evolving energy and water systems.
New for 2026 is the Level 2 Executive Experience, , designed for senior decision-makers who are actively shaping, financing, and delivering power and water projects across the continent. It brings together the Project & Investment Network and the Utility CEO Forum into a private, deal-focused platform featuring closed-door discussions, pre-qualified matchmaking, and dedicated deal rooms built to accelerate real investment outcomes.
Enlit Africa 2026 also hosts a number of co-located events and forums that enable deeper, more focused engagement on priority themes. These include the Project & Investment Network, Utility CEO Forum, Municipal Forum, WomenIn Energy, and Water Security Africa. All designed to support practical knowledge exchange, collaboration and project development.
Key features include:
Three-day conference and exhibition in Cape Town
Multiple conference tracks spanning energy and water systems
Participation from utilities, government, private sector and investors
Large exhibition showcasing technologies and solutions
Co-located events and forums, including Water Security Africa
