Compulsory Site Briefing for the Detailed Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of the Hybrid Rooftop Solar Power System

We are pleased to announce a compulsory site briefing that will provide essential information and instructions regarding the tender process. This briefing is specifically designed to ensure all participating companies have a thorough understanding of the project requirements and can submit comprehensive and competitive bids.

Date: Tuesday 10 October

Time: 8.30am

Location:       Christ Church Preparatory School and College

                        CNR 9th/11th Roads, Erand

                        Midrand

Agenda:-

• Introduction to the Rooftop PV Solar System RFP.
• Overview of project specifications, including scope of work and technical requirements.
• Site visit to the designated rooftop area where the PV solar system will be installed.
• Q&A session for clarifications and inquiries related to the tender.
• Submission guidelines and deadline for bid proposals.

Please note the following important instructions:-

• Attendance at the site briefing is compulsory for all companies wishing to bid.
• Should you not send your intention to attend the site briefing 48 hours prior, you will not receive the RFP pack nor be granted access to the briefing meeting.
• Each participating company is requested to limit their delegation to a maximum of 2 (two) representatives.
• All attendees must adhere to health and safety protocols during the site visit.
• Please bring along any necessary documentation and equipment required for an accurate assessment of the site. Bidders can arrange for an appointment to come back and do more fact finding on site.
