Main activities: Leads optimisation drilling and blasting projects based on the mine to mill methodology for the mining industry.
Date and place of birth: January 20,1990, in Curvelo, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Education: Mining Engineer with an MBA in Business Management
Management style: Strategic to develop several activities and projects simultaneously, strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Personal best achievement: Securing employment in South Africa despite high unemployment rates, and overcoming challenges related to English fluency.

Philosophy of life: Always look for the balance between your personal life and your career. Trust in yourself and show it to others. If you believe in yourself, others will do the same. Talk with confidence and try to be a little bit better every day.
Message for other women leaders: The mining industry must develop surrounding communities, with education as the key to transforming lives. Ensure students have essentials like food and study time, and use resources to keep them motivated and in school. Offer job opportunities to families, preventing premature child labour. Regularly inspire students with successful role models to show that change through education is possible. Ultimately, transforming lives is the most rewarding achievement for professionals.
