Project Owner/s
Renewable-energy provider Scatec owns 100% of the project and is aiming to reduce its long-term economic interest by inviting additional equity partners.

Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 120 MW solar PV facility.

Phase 1 of the project will comprise 60 MW of solar power capacity.

Once completed, the solar plant is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 20 000 households and offset 48 000 t/y of carbon dioxide emissions.

The project is expected to be completed in 2026.

Latest Developments
Scatec has started commercial operation of the first 60 MW; the remaining 60 MW is under construction and is expected to be completed in the beginning of 2026.
