Welcome to the newest addition to the OLI family of products, the mechanical exciter.

The MVM series of unidirectional mechanical oscillators has been designed for large-scale vibrating applications. Two shafts equipped with centrifugal masses are driven in opposite directions via a gear mechanism, generating linear vibration.

The MVM series, leveraging its capacity to generate significant centrifugal forces and the synchronisation of eccentric masses, allows the vibrating machine to undergo reduced mechanical stress during startup and shutdown phases. Each component has been carefully engineered and

sized to ensure long-term durability and high reliability, even in critical environments, capable of withstanding high mechanical loads.

An oil bath lubrication system ensures optimal gear and bearing lifespan, minimising maintenance requirements.

During the start-up phase we will be offering three models, with static moments ranging from 38 000 kg/mm to 112 000 kg/mm with interchangeability of other brands.

As with all OLI products these exciters come with a two-year warranty and have been designed for high performance, long service life, continuous operation and with minimal maintenance requirements.

OLI has been committed to delivering high-quality market-orientated products since being founded in 1961.

The key centrepiece of OLI’s business strategy is rapid stock delivery, any time, any place in the world. Local stockholding will thus be one of the key market strategies for the MVM product.

When you need it, where you need it.
