Project Description
The project aims to create a new, waterfront neighbourhood anchored by CPKC stadium – the first stadium in the world purpose-built for a women’s professional football team – Berkley Riverfront Park and the Missouri river.

The first phase will comprise 429 multifamily homes, 4 459 m2 of retail, and 8 093 m of riverfront communal space – including a new town square and a riverfront promenade.
