Renewable-energy solutions provider Scatec will own 50% of the project and Japanese conglomerate Toyota Tsusho Group subsidiary Aeolus will own 50%.

Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 120 MW solar power plant.

Scatec has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement with Tunisian State-owned power utility Société Tunisienne de l’Electricité et du Gaz.
