Sintech proudly services and supports a range of high-quality, original-equipment products imported from around the globe.

CARLISLE:

Carlisle has been the brake supplier of choice in the mining industry for decades, counting the world’s largest and most respected mining OEMs as customers, including CAT, Komatsu, Terex, Liebherr, Hitachi, and Sany. Carlisle first started supplying brakes to the mining industry in the 1930s at the onset of off-highway vehicle manufacturing. As the demands of the industry evolved over the decades, with trucks growing from 20 tons to some that reach gross vehicle weight of 400 tons today, Carlisle has continually solved the problems of the industry and provided winning solutions. That drive to be “the mining brake supplier” still burns today.

FMC:

Friction Marketing Company (FMC) was started in the U.K. in 1991. With the specific goal of providing a product and service to a standard that had previously been unavailable to the earthmoving and mining aftermarkets.

Key personnel were drawn together from various backgrounds that collectively had many years of expertise covering: supply and maintenance of various items of heavy plant – principally Caterpillar at different sites around the world.

  • Supply and distribution of many products including clutch, brake and transmission plates.
  • Specification of new applications for both ‘Dry’ and ‘Oil’ immersed friction materials.
  • Original-equipment supply and ISO certification.

GOETZE:

Mechanical face seals from the GOETZE® brand are found wherever the going gets really tough: in heavy technical equipment such as construction machinery, conveyors, mining machinery, concrete and cement mixers, tunnel boring and agricultural equipment. Our face seals ensure lubricant retention within wheel hubs and axles, track rollers, transmissions and many more components.

We offer support to our customers all over the world, whatever harsh conditions they face and covering a wide range of components for heavy technical equipment: seals for wheel hubs and axles, drives, roller support bearings and roller guide bearings of tracked vehicles, gearboxes and many other axle connections. Industries provided for include construction, mining, tunnelling and agriculture. Our portfolio of designs and advanced materials covers applications including some of the biggest equipment around: we manufacture face seals with a diameter of up to 1 425 mm – in fact, the world’s largest cast iron face seals.
