The project entails the construction of SolarAfrica’s first utility-scale solar farm.

Phase 1 will have a generation capacity of about 342 MW, with phases 2 and 3 bringing the total size to 1 GW – making it one of the largest projects of its kind in South Africa. The project will comprise more than 500 solar panels.
