Winsome Resources, a company listed on the ASX and focused on hard rock lithium projects in Canada, announced on Thursday that it had withdrawn its share purchase plan (SPP), citing unfavourable market conditions.

In a notice to shareholders, the company stated that it would refund all application monies received under the SPP, with the process set to begin in five to seven business days.

Winsome last month announced the non-underwritten SPP, targeting A$2.5-million to advance the Adina lithium project in Quebec. At the same time, the company announced a A$7.84-million institutional share placement.
