SABAT® Batteries was established in 1967. By 1987, the factory had moved to Port Elizabeth and became the first in South Africa to be awarded the SABS Quality Management System for battery manufacturing, with SABAT® awarded the SABS Mark of Approval. SABAT® has proved to be a versatile battery brand. 

From batteries for boats and jet skis, to batteries for cars and quad bikes, SABAT® Batteries has positioned itself as the lifestyle battery of choice. Providing a wide range of batteries, SABAT® batteries endeavours to be the top of mind battery brand for those who are fun-loving adventure seekers.
