Project Owner/s
A joint venture between Calgro M3 and Eris Property Group.

Calgro M3, will be responsible for the residential components of the development, while Eris will handle the commercial, retail, industrial, educational and healthcare components.

Project Description
The project aims to develop 20 000 to 30 000 housing units alongside significant commercial, retail, and industrial spaces. 

The 300 ha mixed-use precinct encompasses 500 000 m² of warehouse and logistics, retail and commercial developments.
 About 34% of the land acquired will be dedicated to infrastructure, including roads, stormwater management, and extensive recreational and green belt areas.

The project has the potential of generating more than R18-billion in revenue,
