Brikor plans to delist from the JSE

The board of directors of building materials manufacturer and supplier Brikor has advised shareholders that it is considering proposing an arrangement to repurchase the shares held by the remaining shareholders in Brikor, other than those of Nikkel Trading 392 and the Brikor Share Incentive Scheme.

Thereafter, Brikor's shares will be delisted from the JSE.
