Nondestructive testing (NDT) company Integrity NDT has appointed Nomfundiso Matjila as its new acting GM and will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and growth.

She will also be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge, the company says.

Matjila brings to the role a wealth of experience, having worked in the financial services and engineering industries for more than ten years. She holds a professional accountant qualification and is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants.

“I am honoured to be appointed as the first black female GM of Integrity NDT Projects. I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the engineering industry, and I am looking forward to working with the team to ensure that we continue to build a culture of excellence, respect and collaboration,” Matjila says.

“Two Roads Group is delighted to have Nomfundiso on board and looks forward to her taking the company to the next level. Nomfundiso is an outstanding professional and we are thrilled to be able to promote her to the role of acting GM. We are confident that she will lead the company to greater heights,” said Two Roads Group chairperson Kingsley Duba.

Two Roads is Integrity NDT's parent company.
