LG launches Premium Service Centre for direct product repairs in Gauteng

In line with its commitment to provide quality aftersales and repair services to its customers, LG Electronics have extended it’s service network with the launch of a new Premium Service Centre in Midrand, Johannesburg. This will give customers a quick and convenient option to have their LG products repaired.
“Our service motto, “Care and Delight” is the mantra that we as the service team live by. We always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers in a meaningful way – thereby surpassing their expectations and providing a great customer experience,“ said Haengin Jeong, Service Director.
The Premium Service Centre will offer product expertise thanks to a dedicated team of on-site LG technicians. Customers will have easy access to the centre and can expect quick diagnoses, updates, and turnaround times on any LG product repairs.
“We are very excited about the addition of this new facility to our service network across the country,” said Jinkook Kang, President of LG South Africa. “We hope that LG customers in Gauteng will take advantage of this professional and best in class service solution.”
“At LG we stand behind our brand promise – Life’s Good. And we endeavour to deliver on that brand promise at each touch point with our customers – from a retail to a repair experience. The launch of this new Premium Service Centre cements our commitment to that promise.
We also hope to extend products’ lifespans where possible, in the event of a breakage or malfunction. Quality service does not begin and end at the point of purchase.” Mr Kang concluded.
The launch of the service centre comes a few months after LG stepped up to assist its KwaZulu-Natal customers who were affected by the flooding disaster in May 2022. LG offered residents free repairs on their damaged LG home appliances.
The Premium Service Centre is located at the manufacturer’s offices at 10A and 10B, Growthpoint Business Park, Tonetti Street, Midrand. Alternatively, LG customers can contact the Premium Service Centre on 084 33 44 555.
Repair and turnaround times may differ based on the product.
