Project Description
TNPA released a request for proposal (RFP) in March 2025 for the appointment of a terminal operator to finance, design, build, operate, maintain and transfer a multipurpose terminal for dry bulk and other compatible cargo for a 25-year concession period at the Maydon Wharf precinct.

The site comprises leases L36049 and L306091 of 12 266 m² and 12 859 m² respectively. Lease L36049 is a brownfield site that includes the main administration building, an office block and a workshop. The deadline for RFP submissions has been set for June 9, 2025.

The deadline for requests for clarification has been set for May 30, 2025.
