The manufacturing industry is poised to come alive once again as the highly-anticipated Manufacturing Indaba 2023 kicks off in Johannesburg this 24 – 26 October 2023.   The event promises to bring together the "who's who" of manufacturing, providing a platform for thought leaders, visionaries, and experts to converge, share insights, and shape the future of the industry.

Manufacturing Indaba 2023 will play host to a remarkable assembly of individuals and organisations that are making waves in the manufacturing sector. Here's a sneak peek at who you can expect to meet:

Industry Titans: Rub shoulders with top executives and leaders from some of the world's most influential manufacturing companies, who will be sharing their insights and strategies for success.  Keynote addresses by Professor Justin Barnes from the Toyota Wessels Institute for Manufacturing Studies (TWIMS), Mrs Ron Osman from the African Union Commission (Ethiopia) and Prof. Dr. David Romero from the World Manufacturing Foundation, to name a few.

Navigating Disruption:  Navigating disruption in a changing Manufacturing world is a key discussion in the conference programme and will feature industry experts including Prof Glen Nwaila from WITS, Stavros Nicolaou from Aspen Pharmacare Holdings and Molefe Pooe from Bidvest Laundry, sharing their experiences on what they are doing to manage and implement change management tools.

Policy Makers: Hear from government officials from the Department: Science and Innovation (DSI) and policymakers who are shaping the manufacturing landscape through regulations, the application of Industry 4.0, incentives, and initiatives to promote growth.

Thought Leaders: Engage with Manufacturing CEOs, thought leaders, academics, and researchers who will share their vision for the future of manufacturing and offer valuable insights into industry trends and how they are growing their manufacturing businesses.  The Manufacturing Indaba plays host to over 100 CEOs joining the discussion and keen to network and do manufacturing business at the event.

Join us at Manufacturing Indaba conference in Sandton for an event that promises to be a catalyst for change, innovation and collaboration within the manufacturing sector.
