Latest Developments
The terms and conditions of the engineering development agreement, establishing the framework for cooperation between PEJ and the Westinghouse-Bechtel Consortium for the upcoming months, were agreed upon on April 1, 2025.

The agreement opens the next stage in the construction of Poland's first NPP and allows for the continuation of project work, which, in turn, will facilitate obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, licences and permits, and initiate a further phase of in-depth geological surveys at the project site.

The agreement reached provides a solid and sustainable foundation for the continuation of the partnership under the project, PEJ has said. The agreement will be signed after completing the governance process.
