Global, high-value, consumer tyre company, Pirelli, has taken up residence in Att House, at Maxwell Office Park, situated in the highly sought-after Waterfall City. The Italian multinational, one of the world’s largest premium brands for tyres, high-end motoring experiences and associated services, is the latest international firm choosing Waterfall as its South African corporate headquarters.

Att House, is a multi-tenanted office building, measuring 6 304m², at Maxwell Office Park, which is situated in Waterfall City, at the heart of the Waterfall Development. Tenants in Maxwell Office Park have access to a restaurant, an executive cloakroom facility and two 24-seater wi-fi enabled boardrooms for their exclusive use.
