Through their remarkable journeys, they not only elevate the company's standards but also serve as beacons of inspiration for many others. Their contributions highlight the essential role of women in driving industrial advancements and fostering an inclusive workplace.
The Resilient Draughtswoman
Design draughtswoman Riana Kruger epitomises resilience. She is responsible for designing vital components of TLT-Turbo Africa’s sophisticated systems and continuously pursues excellence. “I never lose. I either win or learn," Kruger's philosophy underscores her approach. She emphasises mutual support among women: “Every woman's success should be an inspiration to another. We're strongest when we cheer each other on. Work smarter, not harder.” Krugers’s journey reflects a relentless pursuit of growth and learning, standing strong through life's challenges, finding strength and inspiration in both good and bad times.
The Charismatic Accountant
Zuziwe Mokgethle, management accountant at TLT-Turbo Africa, ensures precise financial transactions and compliance. With a National Diploma in Financial Accounting, Mokgethle's dynamic energy and charismatic management style inspire her team. “There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness,” she shares, reflecting her life approach. Mokgethle's message to women leaders is clear: "All competent women who can extend their minds and hands to the vast possibilities have the innate opportunity to compete globally.” Her academic achievements, including distinctions in Commercial Law and Management Accounting, further highlight her dedication.
The Persistent Leader
Acting supply chain manager Palesa Mane blends charisma and bureaucracy to lead effectively. With a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and multiple certifications, Mane ensures the smooth operation of TLT-Turbo Africa’s production. Her philosophy of persistence—"Start small, keep moving, stay consistent and watch your progress grow"—guides her. Mane encourages women to “take up the space” in business, quoting Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi: “Your contributions are invaluable and your presence paves the way for a more inclusive and diverse industry” Her leadership style ensures clear processes and a positive team atmosphere, driving the company’s strategic objectives and overall efficiency.
