Project Description
The development will span 46 452 m2, with a 100-m-tall-structure.

Therme Dubai – Islands in the Sky will include botanical gardens suspended from the air, stacked terraces, and cascading pools with thermal and mineral waters. The project will use cutting-edge sustainable innovations and technologies to minimise its environmental impact. 

The resort will recycle 90% of the water used in its thermal pools, while 80% of the fresh air and cooling needs will be met through clean energy sources. In addition, the project will implement smart resource management and advanced energy-efficient systems, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. The project is expected to welcome 1.7-million visitors a year.
