Transfer service re-enters market
A point-to-point transfer service for business and private customers is once again being made available, after a suspension of the service during the Covid pandemic.
The AVIS P2P service will initially operate in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg, with more cities to be added in due course. The transportation offering is available in economy and multi passenger vehicles.
“We pride ourselves on our customer-friendly offering that is tailored to the needs of our customers. Whether you are a frequent business traveller needing reliable transportation, or a parent juggling the delicate balance of school pick-ups, Avis P2P has the transport solution for you,” said Zeda Limited chief sales executive Litha Nkombisa.
The company stresses that its chauffeurs are carefully screened and undergo comprehensive training to ensure the safe transfer of passengers to and from their destinations. Furthermore, chauffeurs have been trained in chauffeur etiquette, MasterDrive, advanced driving, first aid, basic fire and other chauffeur-related training. The company asserts that its chauffeurs maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality and discretion, and have local knowledge to navigate the best routes.
The service can be accessed by means of the company website.
