Project Description
The project involves construction of a 106 km, 91-cm-diameter crude oil pipeline and associated pumping infrastructure, including four 4 288 kW pumps at the Cheecham terminal and four at the Janvier pumpstation.

The pipeline will ship diluted bitumen from Enbridge’s Cheecham terminal to Enbridge’s Kirby Lake terminal, near Fort McMurray.

The pipeline is expected to reach an initial capacity of 635 000 bbl/d and will tie into Enbridge’s existing Athabasca pipeline twinning.
