Project Description
Senex is undertaking a major expansion of its Atlas and Roma North natural gas developments. The project will play a crucial role in providing critical gas for the east coast market.
The expansion of the Atlas and Roma North gas developments will deliver 60 PJ/y.
Potential Job Creation
Senex’s investment is expected to create more than 200 jobs during construction and another 50 permanent jobs, as well as inject more than $200-million into local businesses and regional areas.

Latest Developments
First gas is set to flow from the A$1-billion Atlas natural gasfield expansion, following the official opening of the facility on November 24.
Consumers will have new critical supply delivered to the east coast market early in 2025, Senex has reported.
To date, Senex has drilled more than 160 wells, completed the construction of the 56 km Atlas-to-Reedy Creek pipeline, and finished the first stage of the processing facility, with gas flowing and commissioning under way.
