Bayer joins Waterfall City
Property company Attacq has welcomed Bayer, a global enterprise with core competencies in the life science fields of healthcare and nutrition, to Waterfall City.
Bayer will occupy a collaborative workspace within Waterfall City. This move is said to align with Bayer’s shared operating model.
Bayer’s new workspace will function as a collaboration hub where employees are equipped to develop solutions in health and agriculture.
This will be supported by Waterfall City’s holistic precinct approach, which offers premium office spaces and access to a range of lifestyle amenities, including wellness centres, retail options and green spaces.
The two entities are also aligned on sustainability. Bayer’s commitment to sustainable development is said to be reflected in its work across health care and agriculture, while Waterfall City integrates environment-conscious design into its infrastructure.
“Welcoming Bayer to Waterfall City marks an exciting chapter for our precinct. Their dedication to innovation, collaboration, and sustainability perfectly aligns with our mission to create a vibrant, inclusive, and future-ready community where people can work, play, and live seamlessly,” says Attacq business development head Debbie Theron.
“Our new office at Waterfall City will boost teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, allowing us to be our best for our farmers, consumers, patients, stakeholders and partners. Waterfall City’s focus on innovation and sustainability aligns perfectly with Bayer’s mission to improve health and nutrition around the globe,” comments Bayer MD Jorge Levinson.
