Engineering technology company, ESTEQ, is hosting their annual Engineering Community Conference (ECC) on 12 June 2019 at the CSIR ICC with the theme “Future-Proof”.
This conference will provide engineering teams from all industries the opportunity to share their experience and ideas around the use of technology to develop better products and systems.
Well known trend-analyst, Dion Chang, from Flux trends will be giving a sneak-peak into the future and discuss The 2nd Wave of Disruption. This will be followed by a panel discussion by ESTEQ CEO, Cobus Oosthuizen together with International Industry Experts from Siemens: Digitalisation in South Africa, and how to contextualise it in an African context.
The Conference will then divide into specialised breakout sessions focusing on areas such as Simulation, Test & Measurement, Product Engineering and Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing Solutions, and the Digital Enterprise. Papers will be presented by engineers from a wide variety of industries and technology applications.
ESTEQ has partnered with a few “future-ready” companies to make the event even more valuable to attendees. Partners are Siemens (Platinum), Standard Bank and SYSPRO (Gold), Aerotherm, Autoform Engineering, Asic and Scheduling Solutions (Silver). Other exhibitors who will be joining the ECC is Right ePharmacy, MESA Africa and more.
The ECC is an ECSA approved event and each delegate will earn 1 CPD point for attending the day. This event promises to bring valuable content to engineers from any industry giving them the chance to learn from specialists and network with others.
