Harper resigns from Sasol board

JSE-listed chemicals and energy company Sasol says nonexecutive director Katherine Harper has tendered her resignation for personal reasons, which the board accepted on February 16.

“On behalf of the board, I wish to express our sincere appreciation to Kathy for her dedicated service over the past six years. Her thoughtful insights, professionalism and valuable perspectives have enriched the board’s deliberations and made a meaningful contribution to our work.

“We are grateful for the commitment she has shown throughout her tenure, and we extend our very best wishes to her for the future,” said Sasol chairperson Muriel Dube.
