PPC has partnered with renewable-energy project developer Sturdee Energy for the construction and management of two 10 MW solar plants to provide supplemental power for PPC’s Slurry and Dwaalboom facilities.

PPC will not be laying out any capital on the solar power plants but will pay Sturdee Energy per kilowatt-hour for what it uses from the plants.
