A business Chat application programming interface (API) that is designed to build connections between customers and organisations aims to enable seamless interactions with quick responses.

Two brands have collaborated to develop technologies that are user-friendly, intelligent and capable of delivering a service suited to both technology (tech) startups and established businesses.

“We understand how important it is for businesses to communicate with their customers more efficiently, so we developed an API that enables them to send and receive messages directly through a messaging app that prioritises ease of use and accessibility,” explains Ayoba CEO Burak Akinci.

Hosted on Chenosis, MTN Group’s API marketplace that aims to provide accessible solutions to organisations across Africa, the new Ayoba Connect API is designed to enable companies to communicate directly with customers.

“Chenosis is committed to driving digital innovation through collaboration. With Ayoba Connect, we provide businesses with the tools to foster more meaningful customer interactions, creating seamless experiences that lead to stronger connections and measurable growth,” says Chenosis CEO Saad Syed.

Businesses can manage chats and messages, follow up on responses and manage interactions, leveraging the technology to increase customer engagement, drive lead generation, and target marketing initiatives.

The Chenosis platform allows companies to buy and sell APIs, connecting API providers with an audience of established businesses, young developers and tech entrepreneurs.

“We look forward to seeing how our API will continue to be used in innovative ways, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction,” says Akinci.

“This collaboration between Chenosis and Ayoba serves as an invitation for tech startups and established businesses alike to explore the potential of the offerings hosted on the Chenosis API marketplace,” concludes Syed.
