2Roads Group Champions Youth Empowerment Through Strategic Partnerships and Graduate Development

On this World Youth Skills Day, 2Roads Group proudly reaffirms its commitment to empowering young talent across South Africa through strategic partnerships and practical development programmes.
Headquartered in Melrose Estate, 2Roads Group has cultivated a longstanding Memorandum of Understanding with Vaal University of Technology (VUT). Through this collaboration, and via its member company Integrity NDT Projects, 2Roads provides VUT students specialising in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with invaluable practical work exposure. This initiative bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world industry demands, equipping graduates with the skills necessary to excel in the evolving engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Complementing this technical skills development is the work of the 2Roads Foundation, which has partnered with the esteemed South African non-profit organisation Columba Leadership. Together, they sponsor a school in the Vaal region, nurturing young leaders through mentorship, academic support, and character development. Columba Leadership’s programmes are designed to unlock youth potential, enabling learners to thrive academically and make lasting positive contributions to their communities.
“On World Youth Skills Day, it is especially important to reflect on the transformative power of skills and education,” said Kabelo Molaudzi, Operations Specialist at 2Roads Group. “Our partnerships with VUT and Columba Leadership exemplify our holistic approach to youth empowerment, combining industry exposure, education, and community engagement. We are committed to fostering a future where young South Africans have the skills and opportunities to succeed.”
2Roads Group’s ongoing dedication to youth development reinforces its broader vision of contributing to sustainable economic and social progress in South Africa.
