3D software boosts manufacturing productivity

Fusion 360 3D software from WorldsView integrates design, engineering and manufacturing processes
Innovative new three-dimensional (3D) software is said to be the first of its kind, fusing design, engineering and manufacturing on a single platform for streamlined manufacturing processes.
WorldsView highlights that its Autodesk Fusion 360 uses AnyCAD technology to facilitate wireless, integrated and collaborative processes for optimal workflows with accessibility across any device, anywhere, anytime.
The cloud-based technology integrates computer-aided design, computer-aided engineering, computer-aided manufacturing, generative and industrial design, stimulation, documentation, rendering and data management. The use of this single interface enables faster processes from design to machine with no required file conversions for quick project turnaround periods. It also allows real-time edit updates, to enable quick decision-making, and offers advanced customisable options to further align with process requirements.
“We are proud to have enabled design, engineering and manufacturing industries to achieve operational efficiency with Fusion 360’s automated and optimised workflow. Additionally, we offer software training, allowing users to maximise their cloud experience through unlimited and free posts on the platform for enhanced workflows, thus decreasing project turnaround times,” says WorldsView VP marketing Mathabo Maine.
WorldsView is a value-added distributor of software and solutions for project development for 48 countries throughout Africa.
