Curbing carbon emission is a must

Preventing carbon dioxide (CO2) from entering the atmosphere is necessary. The United Nations (UN) must set a date for this to happen the world over. Countries that refuse to endorse and enforce the UN roadmap must be heavily taxed on their exports and the revenue used to curb CO2. Electricity utilities that burn coal to generate power should be compelled to invest adequately to prevent CO2 from entering the atmosphere. Coal-to-liquid fuel producing companies, which emit such an excessive amount of CO2, must be obliged to use renewable energy to produce transport fuels and filling stations must have fuels at their disposal that do not emit CO2. All this is technically possible, economically attractive and, by and large, already happening at micro level in several countries. What is needed is the exercise of force to spread this universally.
