Africa’s largest integrated fire suppression and combined site service provider, Advanced Fire Global is poised for an exciting year of large-scale projects across Africa in 2025.

The company’s primary focus will be on the installation of ANSUL NF-40 LVS vehicle fire suppression systems – a world-class solution designed to safeguard valuable mining assets and ensure the safety of personnel operating in demanding environments.

In 2024, Advanced Fire Global secured the supply and installation of ANSUL NF-40 vehicle fire suppression systems for four new major mining projects in Africa. Looking ahead to 2025, the company is set to expand its footprint beyond the borders of Africa, taking the Advanced Fire Global portfolio to the next level in service delivery.

Beyond fire suppression, Advanced Fire Global has strategically expanded its product portfolio to include Hansa-Flex hydraulic hoses, RAASM & LINCOLN automated lubrication systems, FloMax fuelling solutions and Mammoth exhaust covers. This comprehensive offering enables the company to deliver turnkey solutions that streamline inventory and supplier management for its clients, reducing operational complexity and improving efficiency.

In addition, Advanced Fire Global’s dedicated Fixed System Department focuses on the protection of all commercial and industrial detection and suppression systems, offering world-class products backed by long-standing partnerships with trusted suppliers. This ensures reliability, compliance and superior performance across a range of applications.

With the Advanced Group of Companies behind Advanced Fire Global, the company’s product and service offering extends to manufacturing specialised firefighting equipment, including fire engines, response vehicles, rescue equipment and specialised pumping units for the petrochemicals industry. Further, Group company Rural Metro boasts a world-class training facility with International Fire Services Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) accreditation, making it the only facility on the continent capable of providing comprehensive firefighter and emergency response training and on-site support services.

Advanced Fire Global boasts offices and distribution partners in 13 different African countries and provides support to more than 30 different countries. Its network of service providers ensures clients are supported, no matter the location or conditions under which they work.

A huge milestone in 2024 was the move into the company’s new state-of-the-art office. This facility features an in-house training centre, expanded office space and a dedicated quality department, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service from Advanced Fire Global’s dedicated staff. This achievement reflects 25 years of unwavering support from its loyal customers, and the company extends its heartfelt gratitude for making this vision a reality.

To strengthen Advanced Fire Global’s regional presence, it has appointed Transec Limited in Tanzania and Saref International in Guinea as trusted in-country partners. These partnerships ensure that the company’s clients receive dedicated local support, seamlessly backed by Advanced Fire Global’s technical expertise and industry experience.

At the Investing in African Mining Indaba 2025, hosted from February 3 to 6 in Cape Town, Advanced Fire Global is proud to showcase ANSUL NF-40 LVS vehicle fire suppression systems equipped with the

latest in quad infrared technology. The company will also launch its new MS-2+ control panel, which has been FM 5970 HDME approved. Products such as the FloMax fuelling systems can be viewed at the Advance Fire Global stand, and the teams from JCI and Hansa-Flex will be joining the company to support its customer base.

“We believe in providing our clients with a proven solution in the shortest time possible, backed by years of experience in the mining industry in Africa. We continue to adapt and grow our footprint and product ranges to suit our clients’ expectations. We believe in educating our clients as much as possible to ensure they understand the

legislative framework to which each product is designed. Our customers are not just customers; they are part of the Advanced Fire Global family,” says Advanced Fire Global CEO Westley Barnardt.

Join the company at Mining Indaba 2025 as it continues to lead the way in delivering innovative, reliable and compliant safety solutions for the mining sector in Africa.
