Funders and financiers will have a unique opportunity to explore funding partnerships at bauma CONEXPO AFRICA 2021
bauma CONEXPO AFRICA, Sub-Saharan Africa’s leading trade fair for construction, building material, mining, agriculture & forestry machines, and machinery and vehicles, has announced the introduction of a Financiers’ Hub at the next edition of bauma CONEXPO AFRICA.
The Financiers’ Hub will allow business advisory services, and project and equipment financing providers to engage directly with emerging contractors, senior buyers and decision makers, and government and municipal officials across multiple sectors, including construction, mining, agriculture, forestry and plant and equipment hire.
Suzette Scheepers, CEO of trade show organisers Muenchen South Africa, says: “We have seen access to project and equipment funding cited as a top of mind challenge across construction, mining, agriculture and forestry for some time, and we have therefore launched this new pavilion to bring financiers and industry stakeholders together to address this challenge. We believe this is particularly important now, as sectors such as construction report economic challenges hampering their ability to grow.”
Scheepers says the Financiers' Hub will present a unique platform for financiers to showcase their solutions and educate industry stakeholders on the requirements and processes for securing funding.
bauma CONEXPO AFRICA attracts over 14,000 trade visitors and nearly 500 exhibitors, and will be staged in Johannesburg from October 13 – 16, 2021.
Financiers and advisory services wishing to participate in the bauma CONEXPO AFRICA Financiers’ Hub should contact Caryl Trevelyan at caryl.trevelyan@mm-sa.com.
