Fleet management solution for truck and van fleets
A solution specifically designed for truck and van fleets allows drivers and businesses to access fleet management services directly from a bespoke smart tablet.
The Driver Terminal PRO X from Bridgeston comes with enhanced performance and access to the Webfleet Work app and professional navigation. With the ability to be tailored to business needs, the solution is aimed at fleets that require a long-lasting device that will help increase operational performance and service reliability.
Fleets can use a range of Webfleet features, including workflow management, electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) and two-way communication between drivers and fleet managers, as well as access to additional services such as cold chain, remaining drive times and OptiDrive ranking that allows drivers to view peer performance.
The system enables access to TomTom GO Fleet navigation which includes technologies such as live estimated time of arrival reporting, smart alerts for traffic or low-emission zones, and key points of interest for trucks and electronic vehicles. Maps are pre-installed and automatically updated monthly and drivers receive real-time feedback to help improve driving behaviour.
The Driver Terminal assists drivers for both in-cabin and on-site use and features a large anti-glare screen, rugged design, removable battery and intuitive buttons for quick access to key apps.
The system is set up for a fast roll-out in the field and can be customised to meet different business needs, with an integrated mobile device management system, allowing remote configuration of the devices’ home screen and app auto-start. Unlike commercial tablets, the PRO X is built for professional use, offering durability, purpose-built accessories, and fleet support. It is Android Enterprise recommended, allowing devices to be tailored more quickly to customer needs.
The PRO X is available in Europe, Australia and New Zealand from March 2025, with more regions to be launched later in the year.
