Jomele boasts an extensive database of skilled artisans and houses the Hill-Side Artisan Academy which trains up to 1 000 artisans a year.

Welding is a major component of the Hydra Arc Group’s core business, and part of its human resources development strategy is a focus on up-skilling welders to address the critical lack of welding skills in the industry and the country.
