Long-running oscilloscope provider upgrades tools
After 17 years of leading the 20 MHz and 40 MHz hand-held industrial oscilloscope category, electronic test tool company Fluke’s 123, 124 and 125 models of ScopeMeter test tools are being replaced by the 120B series, which includes new models, namely the 123B, 124B and the 125B.
Simplified testing, more insight and faster electromechanical troubleshooting for voltage, current and power waveforms with numerical values including harmonics, resistance, diode, continuity and capacitance measurements are all added benefits of the new test tools.
The compact ScopeMeter 120B series, is the rugged oscilloscope solution for industrial electrical and electromechanical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance applications. It is an integrated test tool, with an oscilloscope, multimeter and high-speed recorder in one instrument.
The ScopeMeter 120B series also integrates with Fluke’s Connect mobile app and FlukeView, which increases the power of the tool by enabling the documentation, storing and analysis of individual readings or series of measurements, and converting them into professional looking documents. This allows ScopeMeter software to further corroborate, analyse data and archive critical test information.
The 120B series industrial ScopeMeter test tools include functions specifically designed to aid technicians’ troubleshooting. Waveforms can be displayed with Connect and FlukeView. Fluke’s IntellaSet technology triggers and sets up technology that allows the user to automatically view numerical measurements, all without the need to make manual measurement adjustment. With recorder event detect capabilities, elusive intermittent events are captured on repetitive waveforms up to 4 kHz and logged for easy viewing and analysis.
