Sandra Fraga appointed as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at SYSPRO

Fraga to enhance the customer experience journey by aligning global sales and marketing priorities
SYSPRO, a global provider of industry-built enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, announced today that Sandra Fraga has been appointed as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Within the dual role, Sandra will oversee all sales revenue for both channel and direct sales as well as marketing for SYSPRO globally. This comes off the back of her appointment as Chief Marketing Officer, which she has held at SYSPRO since 2016.
“Sandra is an exceptional business leader and I am thrilled that she will a driving force for the global alignment of our strategy. She is focused and committed to delivering a customer-first and partner-centric approach and is passionate about building customer and partner communities,” said Phil Duff, Chief Executive Officer at SYSPRO.
Sandra has extensive experience in building successful sales and marketing strategies and teams. She spent nine years at Dell and was responsible for growing channel, acquiring and selling to distribution partners, managing global accounts and then the last three years leading the marketing teams across Emerging Markets, which covered 140 countries and three continents (Africa, CEE and Europe). Sandra then moved to Microsoft South Africa where she was the Product Category Lead for 2 years, before joining SYSPRO.

Sandra holds a Master of Business Administration from Bond University. Her true passion lies in the upliftment of female leadership and the enablement of a seamless customer experience.
