Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, recently hosted the South African leg of its Secure Power Academy, as part of its Solution Expert Club, in Johannesburg from 26 to 28 February 2024.

The Solution Expert Club is an exclusive club aimed at giving partners access to an international community of presales and technical experts for shared learning while extending visibility to the industry’s challenges and providing solutions that give strategic value to the partner businesses. Through the Secure Power Academy, that represents the dedicated educational program, Schneider Electric’s partners will be invited to gain expertise and knowledge on the company’s latest IT solutions to develop end to end capabilities to design and configure complex projects on behalf of their customers.

According to IDC, direct digital investment levels for 2022-2024 are expected to be $6.3 trillion out of which 55% are ICT investment. This according to Ben Selier, Anglophone Africa Secure Power VP at Schneider Electric, creates an opportunity for forward-looking organizations to pursue digital transformation solutions with the goal of creating new sources of value and experiences for their customers.

This is the core of the Solution Expert Club.In addition, it is also aligned to Schneider Electric’s push to get closer to its partners, to support their agenda in the marketplace by offering more sales tools, training, enablement, and support making it easier for them to increase sales pipelines and profitability.

Selier explains that the event is key to creating knowledge about how to drive value to a customer by providing an integrated solution with confidence, yet also from a solid technical, design and delivery standpoint. Schneider Electric is investing in its partners in the region, and this is just one of the many initiatives that we have lined up to help accelerate partner growth.
