A range of mobile crushing and screening plants were on show at the recent Bauma construction machinery trade fair held in Germany.

Kleemann showcased its range of new innovations, including its operating concept Spective. In its world premiere, the company also unveiled its new impact crusher Mobirex MR 130(i) PRO.

The new plant is used as a primary and secondary crusher and is said to combine output, precision and sustainability. It features an all-electric drive concept with the option of an external power supply, allowing environment-friendly operation and low energy consumption per ton of final product. An optional large double-deck secondary screening unit enables the production of two classified final grain sizes.

The MR 130(i) PRO covers a wide application range in natural stone and recycling. With its heavy rotor and powerful electric 250 kW drive, the crushing unit is designed to deliver a high and stable throughput. The continuous feed system also promises a continuous crusher load.

Construction machinery company Writgen explains that the Spective innovative operating concept includes various components that are precision-tuned to work together and facilitate machine operation throughout the working day. It includes an intuitive touch panel and various radio remote controls, and the digital application Spective Connect, also supports work site digitalisation. All relevant process information and reporting can be displayed on a smartphone and other new features presented at Bauma include a configuration tool that supports the operator in the selection of the correct machine settings.

The company says that the new Mobiscreen MSS 802(i) EVO has been designed as a powerful mobile screen for coarse elements and changing challenges in different applications. The plant design and flexible conversion options offer optimum material flow in natural stone and recycling applications. The large range of screen surfaces and simple setting of screen parameters are aimed to allow the screen to be adapted to new application conditions. For example, if a fine final product is to be screened from particularly coarse feed material, the plant can be quickly converted from three to two final grain sizes. Further advantages highlighted include simple operability owing to the intuitive control system, easy access to all relevant machine components and a drive concept with the option of an external power supply for emission-free and environment-friendly operation.

The latest additions to the EVO2 product line – the jaw crusher Mobicat MC 110(i) EVO2 and the cone crusher Mobicone MCO 90(i) EVO2 were also  presented at Bauma, together with line coupling. Both plants are said to have an efficient drive concept and intelligent overload systems, with simple operation facilitated by Spective and Spective Connect.

The EVO2 line also includes the mobile impact crusher Mobirex MR EVO2, suited for both natural stone and recycling, that now includes Spective Connect which simplifies its operation.
