Disability Rights Awareness Month 2025: ATNS Donates to Ekurhuleni School for the Deaf

ATNS extended its support to the Ekurhuleni School for the Deaf in Katlehong, east of Johannesburg, with a donation that includes 40 tablets for the computer lab, a smart board, a projector, laptops for educators, a printer, mobile charging units, and gardening equipment to enhance both learning and life skills.

The initiative forms part of ATNS’s month-long campaign, from 3 November to 3 December 2025, celebrating the rights of persons with disabilities in South Africa and globally. Aligned with the national theme, “Creating Strategic Multisectoral Partnerships for a Disability-Inclusive Society,” ATNS reaffirmed its role as both an employer and a responsible corporate citizen. 

Ahead of International and National Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December, Acting ATNS CEO Mr Matome Moholola stressed that ATNS’s commitment goes beyond awareness: “Let this month be defined not only by our words, but by the actions we take to build a truly disability-inclusive society.”
