Germany-based pumps manufacturer and supplier company Kessel has developed a lifting station with a pump designed to satisfy all modern sewerage technology requirements, while simultaneously ensuring user profitability and efficiency.

The lifting station, known as the Aqualift F Basic, is a lifting station that is able to handle wastewater with and without sewage for free-standing installation in frost-free rooms. The station is designed to handle any wastewater requirements in private households. These requirements include wastewater from drainage fixtures, such as toilets, showers or sinks.

The station’s flexible connection options on three different sides of the tank mean that it can easily be installed, with minimal space requirements. The control unit ensures continuous monitoring and control of the lifting station. Kessel confidently asserts that the Aqualift F Basic is “the new standard and economic solution for wastewater disposal.”

The Aqualift F Basic is reliable, with a powerful pump that is safe to run dry, with its nonchokable impeller ensuring a reliable operation of the station. The station is also exact, with a float switch with high buoyancy and three positions for fail-safe and precise pump control.

It is flexible, with three prefabricated inlet connections which can be vertical or horizontal, ensuring flexibility when connecting drain pipes. An additional area in the back allows further connections for diameters of up to 110 mm at any position. The interior-sloped base of the tank guides solids directly to the pump, thus ensuring a full and clean extraction of all wastewater.

For smaller applications, Kessel has also developed the Minilift F Lifting Station – a compact lifting station with a highperformance SharkTwister macerator. The Minilift F is designed to be connected to a single toilet and two additional fixtures, such as a sink, shower, urinal or bidet, in rooms below the backwater level, or rooms without sufficient gradient to the next sewage collecting pipe.

The Minilift F is the ideal, low-cost solution for the disposal of wastewater. The high-performance stainless steel SharkTwister macerator in the built-in pump reliably eliminates sewage and toilet paper within the pump system. A diameter of 28 mm to 34 mm is thus sufficient for the pressure pipe to the next sewage pipe. This means that little effort is required, even for retrofit installation. The direct toilet connection allows installation directly behind the toilet, again with minimal space requirements.

The Minilift F is made of polymer, with a high-performance macerator for maximum operational safety. The station also has intelligent control technology, with an acoustic alarm function integrated into the tank, which can simply be plugged in and installed without the help of an electrician. Separate dry areas of the station make cleaning and maintenance convenient. The station’s straightforward maintenance simply involves the removal of the pump.
