Sappi announces €250m senior notes offering

Pulp and paper company Sappi is offering €250-million of senior notes, due 2025.

The notes will be issued by Sappi Papier Holding, a subsidiary of Sappi.

This is being done to strengthen its liquidity headroom and balance sheet. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
