The project is a joint venture between Casa dos Ventos, a key player in Brazil’s energy transition, and Atlas Agro, a Swiss green-nitrogen fertiliser company.

Project Description
The plant will have the capacity to produce an estimated 530 000 t/y of fertilisers and will require an average of 300 MW of renewable energy to produce green ammonium nitrate, which is considered essential for reducing carbon emissions in agricultural production.
