INDIA GOES FOR GRID

INDIA GOES FOR GRID: South Africa’s lack of grid investment is well documented, but it is by no means alone in needing to catch up. This month, the Indian government unveiled a plan to revamp its power grid to accommodate a large renewables expansion through 2032. The project, estimated to cost $109-billion, will help integrate 500 GW of renewables by the end of the decade.
