Powerfleet is a global leader in the artificial intelligence of things, software-as-a-service mobile asset industry.

The company is emphasising that security extends beyond fixed infrastructure at Securex 2025, where it is exhibiting its offering for the first time.

Speaking at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand, Powerfleet Africa Operations VP Greg Naicker tells Engineering News that the company's security solutions include on-the-road assets, drivers and cargo, as well as warehouse technology.

"Our solutions give customers the ability to connect, track and manage high-value assets, people and cargo."

Following the closure of its business combination with MiX Telematics in 2024, Powerfleet now serves more than 48 000 customers worldwide, across 120 countries globally, with just more than 2.6-million assets connected and transferring data to its data structures.
